1. I understand that this is a time sensitive service and that I must be ON TIME for
my event. That means I must be ON TIME for my styling appointment.
CLOSET1542 will not be liable for any tardiness due to client negligence.

After your allotted 10-minute grace period you will be charged an 18% late fee at
your deposit price.

2. Please respect the set-up space required, as CLOSET1542 and its affiliates are
present to serve you. When booking styling services for any occasion please be
sure, that you prepare a space for my glam squad. We have racks, tools and

suitcases: accommodations will be necessary.

3. Life is full of short notices, cancellations happen! MJaye personally does not like
“Cancellation Policies” however, time must be mutually respected.

4. I am your new good girlfriend in style! Tell me all your style gossip! Your hopes
and visions, do’s, and don'ts, cant’s and wont’s. Share with me the styles that you
are afraid to try yet secretly want to, desire to try but need a helping hand, or have
no style but are ready for a lifestyle analysis. Transparency is key to achieving
success with your style consultant. I want to make your style dreams, your new

reality!

5. You must complete a consultation with a CLOSET1542 Style Consultant and
book a date for your styling service. You must book styling services 30 days in
advance of your event, permitting time for shopping necessities and fitting
sessions to ensure standards are met. At booking, 50% of your service fee is
required and at the close of service, your remaining balance will be due via cash,
money order, or PayPal ONLY. Should you go over your service

session, additional fees will apply.

6. In regards to add-ons; should you decide to add services to any packages that do
not already provide it additional fees will apply. To book makeup services for
guests, requests must be submitted at least ONE WEEK in advance.

NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Any guest requesting styling services must book independently.

Signing this document indicates that you understand and agree to the terms of this

legally binding contract; respectfully.
